Before we got Kiosks, we found it tough to staffing cashiers during quiet hours of the day. But after the Kiosk, staffing them was very easy. My customers love the Kiosk! It has been so easy for them to use. My staff loves the Kiosk too because it allows them to focus on the important part of the work rather than inputting orders and processing payments! Any dynamic requests or questions by customers are handled by my staff and all static requests like placing orders and payments are done on the Kiosk. It really does save us time and money! I would recommend everyone to get the Kiosk!

The Kiosk has been very helpful because right now customers want to maintain social distancing and its more convenient for them with the Kiosk. All we do is place a pair of gloves and a hand sanitizer next to the Kiosk. One of the things I must highlight is that we've used popular third party delivery apps, and the user-interface in these apps especially in the back-end when I want to change something is very poor.
