We can’t expect everything back to normal after re-opening, it’s not something that can change overnight. As the industry begins its recovery from COVID-19, restaurateurs need to re-think of customer expectations. Customers now will be a much more cautious and demanding customer, not necessarily as it relates to the price or selection, but in regard to their perception of safety, cleanliness, and overall quality. Everyone should expect that the next level of cautiousness as it relates to restaurants after the physical plant will be the food quality and supply chain.
