Customer Success/Customer Support Engineer

About the Role

At Applova, we are looking for Customer Success Executives to join our team to drive customer on boarding, adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, growth and retention. Customer success executive shall be the voice of the customer internally and would become a partner our customers adore.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customer to have a smooth onboarding experience to Applova
  • Conduct online trainings to customer on using the product and running their business with Applova
  • Proactively drive customer success and ensure the customer realizes the business value of Applova
  • Respond in timely manner to customer support requests via Email and over the phone
  • Coordinate with the development team to provide the support needed by customer

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Passionate about driving customers to success
  • Capability to understand technology and help troubleshoot issues
  • Sufficient business acumen and exceptional customer service approach
  • Very good communication skills
